A patient booked into physiotherapy for knee pain may end up seeing three of our departments in one month — and none of them will ask you to repeat your history.

STEP 01 Reception & triage The front desk matches your symptoms to a department and flags anything urgent.
STEP 02 Consultation Assessment, discussion of options, and a written plan added to your file.
STEP 03 Internal referral, if needed Your notes travel with you. Sunday case reviews cover anything complex.
STEP 04 Review Progress is checked against the plan and adjusted, or you are discharged.
