How we work

One file, one conversation

Every Sunday at half past seven, the clinical team spends an hour on the cases that did not resolve as expected. Ayurveda, general medicine and physiotherapy are all in the room.

It is the reason a patient rarely has to repeat their history here, and the reason a referral across the corridor takes minutes rather than another appointment.

  • Shared patient records across all six departments
  • Weekly clinical review of complex cases
  • Same-gender therapists available on request
  • Consultations in Nepali, Newari, Hindi and English
